Inside Sales Representative (m/f/d)

We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative (m/f/d) to join our team in Maintal as soon as possible. As an experienced service provider, we offer professional system integration as well as support, and the optimization and modernization of our customers' IT infrastructures. In response to the constantly growing requirements of our customers, we have developed our own support and maintenance programme (SmartPact), which enables our customers to save on the maintenance costs of their systems. You will be working in a continuously growing and international business. We offer great team cohesion and a positive working atmosphere, in a multicultural team with direct and open communication.
Your profile
- Has commercial training and initial experience in sales or order processing
- Knowledge of the IT sector would be an advantage, but not a must
- You are outgoing and service-oriented with good analytical skills
- You are a strong communicator and a team player with a passion for sales
- Very good written and spoken German, knowledge of English is an advantage
- Competent use of MS Office products
- Team spirit, commitment and a drive to succeed complete your profile
Your tasks
You will represent our company to customers in an advisory capacity and sell our services. Thanks to your professional experience, you will enjoy advising and selling in B2B sales. This includes the following tasks:
- Intensive customer support
- Independent preparation and tracking of quotations through to order placement by the customer
- Close collaboration and communication with internal departments
- Working closely with our partners
- Handling all correspondence
- Maintenance of all customer and prospect data in CRM
- Marketing activities
